We’re looking for experienced sales professionals with a background in tech to join our Sales Team. At InMotion Hosting, you’ll receive warm leads via phone, email, and live chat. Your role will be to understand prospective customers’ needs and recommend the best hosting solutions for their business or personal needs.nThis is a salary plus commission role with no cold calling and no cap on earnings. New Sales Specialists receive 8 weeks of comprehensive training to build confidence with our products and sales structure. We offer a supportive and engaging sales environment where collaboration and customer-focused service are key.nThis role can be filled remotely or from one of our offices. The current opening is for a Saturday – Wednesday shift.nnWhat You’ll Do:n- Assess the needs of warm leads that come to you through phone, email, and live chats to identify the appropriate sales opportunityn- Build your sales pipeline through regular follow ups with potential customersn- Input and track leads in an established CRM systemn- Assist newly sold clients with the setup and first steps of the onboarding processn- Continue to expand upon your hosting knowledge and the sales process through product and sales trainingsnnWhat We’re Looking For:n- Experience in a technical sales role, preferably in high volume environment selling technical services or subscription based productsn- Working knowledge of CRM systemsn- The desire to thrill every lead through excellent customer servicen- The ability to analyze business needs of a client as it relates to our productsn- Strong multitasking skillsn- A sense of urgency and attention to detailn- The ability to work as part of a teamn- Personal or professional experience with web hosting and/or web design services a plusn- Strong written and verbal communication skillsnnAbout Us:nFounded in 2001, InMotion Hosting is a privately held provider of traditional web hosting and ultramodern XaaS solutions.
