WHG is currently looking for a Senior Product Owner to take full ownership of our Hosting Customer Panel, a key initiative that will redefine how customers interact with our hosting services. This panel is more than just a dashboard—it will be the central hub for managing hosting services, designed to offer a best-in-class user experience that sets us apart from competitors. Key Responsibilities include owning and driving the Hosting Customer Panel, collaborating with developers and designers, prioritizing features, resolving roadblocks, and monitoring customer feedback to drive improvements. What You’ll Need: 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS or hosting environment, strong Agile methodology knowledge, stakeholder management skills, UI/UX principles understanding, and a passion for customer-centric solutions.
