The role involves providing technical support on Hostinger products, troubleshooting issues via live chat and tickets, simplifying complex technical problems for customers of all expertise levels, and contributing to customer experience projects including AI assistant improvements. You will keep up to date with the latest product updates and web hosting technologies, proactively identifying improvements to support processes. Training on Hostinger culture, products, and customer success operations is provided. This position involves rotation-based shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends. A reliable high-speed internet connection is required for remote work. Candidates must be fluent in Lithuanian and English, have experience in tech or SaaS customer support, and possess strong communication skills. Knowledge of web hosting concepts like domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting is essential. Additional qualifications include advanced understanding of web hosting technologies, server management, performance optimization, proficiency with content management platforms (e.g. WordPress), hosting control panels (hPanel, cPanel), email and domain management systems, customer support platforms, and experience with AI-powered systems. Compensation starts at 8.50 EUR gross per hour with additional monthly bonuses based on performance and upselling.
