As a Senior Finance Analyst at GoDaddy, you will be a key partner in modeling, tracking, and understanding the business drivers of the company. Your responsibilities will include partnering with leadership to identify opportunities, building financial models, supporting strategic decisions, and communicating financial information across the organization. You will support and consolidate annual and quarterly budgets, rolling forecasts, and multiyear outlooks for OPEX, CAPEX, and P&L costs in collaboration with FP&A teams. Collaborating closely with Business Unit Finance Teams, you will ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes, foster a collaborative work environment, and identify cost-saving opportunities to drive growth and profitability. You will own the consolidation of budgets and forecasts across products and operations, perform variance analysis, and support key financial decisions. The role allows for working directly with the Corporate Senior Leadership Team and various organizational partners, providing a strategic perspective on long-term planning. This hybrid position requires residing within commuting distance of the Pune office, with flexible remote and in-office work. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of finance experience including financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis in a global context, strong Excel skills, and effective communication abilities at all organizational levels. Experience collaborating across regions and with external partners is valued. Preferred qualifications include professional certifications such as CFA, CA, or MBA in Finance, and familiarity with Adaptive Planning, Workday, and QuickSight.
