Job description

See job offer description.

As a Senior UX Engineer at GoDaddy, you will collaborate closely with UX designers, researchers, and engineers to create innovative and engaging front-end prototypes using the latest technologies like HTML5, CSS3, React, and JavaScript. Your role bridges the gap between UX design and code development, ensuring a performant user experience by implementing design system components and UI elements of dynamic web applications. You will analyze ambiguous UX problems, break down complex issues into actionable solutions, and refine features until they are polished and ready to ship. Proactive mitigation of UI risks and exploring product concepts that address user and business needs are key responsibilities. You should have over 5 years of software development experience building user interfaces and at least 3 years in technical, UX, or design environments with knowledge of design tools like Figma or Sketch. Experience working with or contributing to design systems such as Google Material or IBM Cobalt, proficiency in accessibility coding standards, and expertise with Git/GitHub are essential. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and AI tools such as Cursor or Lovable is a plus. GoDaddy is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion and offers a range of total rewards including paid time off, retirement savings, bonuses, equity grants, health benefits, and parental leave. This is a remote position based in Serbia, with occasional office visits.
