We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager for SiteGround’s AI products: AI Studio, an AI workspace offering multiple LLMs, prompt library, and AI agents, including WordPress-focused agents, offered in token-based tiers; and Coderick AI, an AI website and web app builder transforming natural language into working projects with functional apps capabilities under paid plans. As a Product Manager, you will set and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with business goals, discover and evaluate AI product opportunities, understand user needs and pain points, conduct business research on AI functionalities, define business logic and objectives for AI features, prioritize and maintain a strategic product backlog, craft impactful UI copy to simplify complex AI features, collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Designers, Marketing, Developers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, QA, and DevOps, lead product refinement meetings, maintain alignment on product roadmaps and objectives, handle communications with third-party AI service providers, and stay updated on AI trends and advancements to ensure product innovation and competitive advantage. Requirements include over 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager or similar role in digital product development, proven success delivering products, deep AI knowledge enabling transformation of technical potential into user value, experience with platforms like OpenAI, Claude.ai, Google Gemini/Vertex, proficiency with tools such as Figma, GitHub, Jira, Notion, Hotjar, Typeform, SurveyMonkey, excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to translate complex AI concepts to actionable requirements, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven strategy execution, and fluency in English.
