The Business Development Representative will work closely with core teams to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential and existing customers via multiple channels such as website, chat, phone, meetings, trade shows, virtual trade shows, online forums, and social media. The role requires qualifying leads from campaigns as sales opportunities, contacting potential clients via phone and email, identifying client needs, suggesting appropriate products or services, customizing product solutions to enhance customer satisfaction, building long-term trusting client relationships, proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market, setting up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives, building reports for management, staying up-to-date with new products, services, pricing, and payment plans, and preparing well-written proposals and sales documents for pitching. Candidates must have proven experience in business development, sales account management, or similar roles within digital, IT, Cloud, or Web Hosting industries, hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (inbound, outbound, field sales), a track record of meeting sales quotas, CRM system experience, fluency in English (bonus for additional languages), an understanding of sales performance metrics, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
