The AI Solutions Manager at GoDaddy will own and scale the enterprise AI and automation strategy across Finance, leading the roadmap for transformation. This role involves defining and governing solution architecture, design patterns, and AI governance frameworks for automation and agentic solutions. The manager will partner with Corporate Technology and Security teams to ensure compliance, RBAC, and data governance. Responsibilities include managing and scaling the AI Factory Pod, coordinating intake, prioritization, and performance tracking for initiatives, and driving change management and adoption across Finance by communicating measurable business outcomes to senior leadership. The role also involves overseeing integration architecture using MCP, Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Teradata, and Ironclad. Candidates should have 10+ years of experience leading Finance transformation, enterprise automation, or AI programs at scale, with proven success in building or governing automation portfolios using tools such as Copilot Studio, UiPath, Power Automate, and AWS. A strong understanding of MCP architecture, API frameworks, and AI orchestration principles is essential, as well as experience working with Finance, Security, and Engineering leadership. Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills are required. Additional desirable experience includes building an AI or Automation Center of Excellence, familiarity with LLM governance and responsible AI principles, strong grasp of Finance process design, and expertise in Power BI or QuickSight for value tracking and adoption reporting.
