Join GoDaddy’s Social Platform Team enabling customers to connect and authenticate social media accounts, facilitating marketing actions within GoDaddy tools. This role involves working on high-volume APIs processing millions of requests daily, managing AWS infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and scalability, and enhancing front-end experiences for seamless social account integration. Responsibilities include participating in on-call rotation to address issues and support customers and teams. Required experience includes 3+ years in software engineering with expertise in Node.js, JavaScript, React.js, RESTful API development, and microservice architecture. Preferred skills include TypeScript, Mocha, AWS cloud services, and database knowledge (relational and NoSQL like DynamoDB). A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred. The position supports a remote work mode with occasional office visits, excluding applicants from certain US states and cities.
