You will help us deliver on our commitment to privacy, security, and operational excellence for our customers and employees. At GoDaddy, we value diverse perspectives and are dedicated to creating an environment where everyone can thrive and grow. You will play a key part in driving process improvements, building new data solutions, and partnering with teams across Privacy, Vendor Risk Management, AI Governance, and Operations. Your work will help us make smarter decisions, empower our people, and deliver better results for our customers. Use Python, SQL, and business intelligence tools to automate reporting and provide clear insights to teams across GoDaddy. Lead and contribute to projects that improve our operations, increase efficiency, and support compliance goals. Track key results and help ensure teams are making progress toward business objectives. Organize project roadmaps and documentation to keep everyone informed and aligned. Coordinate cross-functional programs, including regulatory reporting, vendor data integration, and AI adoption. Report on compliance costs, identify savings opportunities, and support operational efficiency. Work with senior leaders to provide analysis and recommendations that drive business outcomes. Share knowledge and best practices to support a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Your experience should include: 5+ years of experience in operations, compliance, data analytics, or project management, with a strong record of delivering results across teams. Experience using Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to create solutions and communicate findings. Ability to analyze complex data, solve problems, and present clear, actionable insights. Familiarity with legal, regulatory, or compliance technology and frameworks such as GDPR, CPRA, or FTC. Proven experience in project management. You might also have: Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, computer science, compliance, or a related field. Project management (PMP, CAPM) or other relevant certifications in data analytics, privacy, security, or risk management. We’ve got your back: We offer a range of total rewards that may include paid time off, retirement savings (e.g., 401k, pension schemes), bonus/incentive eligibility, equity grants, participation in our employee stock purchase plan, competitive health benefits, and other family-friendly benefits including parental leave. GoDaddy’s benefits vary based on individual role and location and can be reviewed in more detail during the interview process. We embrace our diverse culture and offer a range of Employee Resource Groups (Culture). Entrepreneurs are welcome. We are an equal opportunity employer and consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in compliance with local and federal requirements.
