As Senior Director of Commerce Payments and Payouts at GoDaddy, you will lead the development and execution of a 1-3 year product vision focused on payments, payouts, and hardware systems to empower SMB customers. You will define key performance metrics, prioritize product roadmaps, and mentor a team of product managers. This role requires collaboration with engineering, design, analytics, finance, marketing, legal, and risk teams to launch and scale innovative payment solutions, including POS systems and new payment methods like GPay, APay, and BNPL. You will analyze data for strategic opportunities, set objectives aligned with business goals, and enhance ROI across the product portfolio. The role demands over 10 years of product management experience in commerce payments, including card present and non-present transactions, disbursements, and reconciliation, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. A technical bachelor’s degree is preferred.
