Join GoDaddy’s People Operations team to shape culture and employee experience, partnering closely with leadership to drive engagement, retention, and diversity. You will develop and implement HR best practices, support career development, and lead organizational design and change initiatives. Responsibilities include working with Airo Growth and Innovation teams, delivering employee experience programs, scaling company processes, and championing GoDaddy’s culture and values. You will utilize data-driven insights to influence senior leaders, manage performance and talent programs, and promote fairness and inclusion in career advancement. The role demands adaptability to fast-paced environments, excellent communication with C-suite, and capability in global organizational design. Experience requirements include 7+ years in HR business partnering within global SaaS or tech companies, strong leadership, and a comprehensive generalist HR background covering organizational design, succession planning, D&I, compensation, and employee relations.
