As a Senior Network Security Analyst at GoDaddy, you will lead our Firewall Operations Team, driving important security initiatives and ensuring smooth infrastructure operation. Join us and be part of a team that drives innovation and excellence in network security!nnWhat you will get to do…nManage and complete Firewall ACL requests to enhance infrastructure security and enable business operations.nLead and advocate for Network Security projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation from start to finish.nPerform in-depth analysis of firewall log data using tools like Splunk to identify threats and optimize security policies.nImplement and maintain network security measures across cloud environments including AWS and Azure.nAutomate network security processes using Python scripting to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.nBuild security structures and maintain conformity with industry standards (PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27001).nBuild comprehensive technical documentation and maintain knowledge repositories.nMentor junior team members and perform peer reviews to foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.nParticipate in 16×5 operations coverage and 24/7 on-call rotation.nnYour experience should include n5+ years experience as a Network Security Analyst.nExpertise in PaloAlto or Juniper SRX Firewalls.nProven experience in security architecture and developing network security solutions.nEstablished history of directing and finalizing network security projects, from beginning through conclusion, while orchestrating critical strategic key initiatives.nPractical experience working with Firewall Log Analysis tools such as Splunk.nSolid experience in cloud network protection (AWS, Azure).nnYou may also have nSkilled in Python scripting and automation to automate repetitive tasks and operational work.nExperience with Infrastructure as Code for security policies using version control systems like GitHub.nKnowledge of Zero Trust principles and threat modeling.nProficiency in CICD principles and Linux/bash scripting.nExperience working within security frameworks and regulatory standards (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).nRelevant certifications (PCNSE, CCIE Security, JNCIE-SEC, CISSP, CCSP).nnBenefits include paid time off, retirement savings options, bonus eligibility, equity grants, health benefits, family-friendly policies including parental leave, a diverse inclusive culture, Employee Resource Groups, and support for entrepreneurs.
