Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute inbound and outbound strategies to recruit new affiliate partners, manage onboarding processes, and negotiate partnership deals to drive mutual growth. You will work closely with internal teams to tailor creatives, promotions, and campaigns, leveraging your expertise in affiliate marketing tools such as Ahrefs, Similarweb, Hubspot, MixMax, and affiliate platforms like TUNE and CJ. Your role includes monitoring affiliate performance data to detect growth opportunities and maintaining strong long-term relationships with partners. The position demands a strategic mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
