You will be responsible for leading the discovery, validation, and scaling of new marketing channels such as Reddit, Twitter, Discord, and LinkedIn communities. Your role includes shaping the company’s voice across social ecosystems, collaborating with Product Marketing, SEO, Brand, and regional teams globally, and introducing new frameworks and best practices that uplift the entire marketing organization. You will manage the global emerging channels roadmap, develop full-funnel strategies, and monitor brand sentiment while iterating quickly based on performance data. Mentor team members on growth methodologies and present strategic findings to senior leadership. Requirements include 4+ years of digital marketing experience, strong leadership skills, strategic ownership of channel roadmaps, expertise in social media management, SEO knowledge, excellent written English, and a strong interest in technology and AI.
