Hostinger, a global company with over 3 million clients in 150 countries, is looking for a Growth Manager to join their Affiliate team. This role focuses on affiliate acquisition for products including web hosting, website builder, VPS, domains, and Horizons. The Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing affiliate acquisition strategies, managing inbound and outbound partner recruitment, conducting outreach campaigns, and negotiating partnership deals to maximize performance. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams to develop creatives, promotions, and campaigns tailored to affiliates. The candidate should monitor and analyze affiliate performance data to identify growth opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Skills required include at least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or business development, proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Ahrefs, Similarweb, Hubspot, MixMax, and affiliate platforms like TUNE, CJ, Impact, Partnerize, etc. The role demands strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, familiarity with OKR planning frameworks, and an entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment. Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management
