In this role, you will lead the web tracking squad to standardize and optimize the website tracking infrastructure to support the company’s quick expansion. You will architect the web analytics infrastructure, overseeing the implementation and enhancement of tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Amplitude. Your leadership will ensure consistent, accurate measurement of user behavior across digital properties. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business insight, and leadership skills. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring the web tracking squad, managing stakeholder relationships to translate analytics requirements into actionable insights, overseeing project timelines, providing strategic recommendations for data-driven decision making, designing and implementing advanced tracking solutions including server-side tracking, collaborating with developers across teams, developing standardized data collection frameworks, establishing data governance to maintain tracking integrity and compliance, and continuously improving analytics processes. The role involves close cooperation with product, marketing, and business teams to enhance user experience and improve conversion rates, contributing directly to Hostinger’s growth. Requirements include strong communication skills, proven experience in stakeholder management, over 5 years of experience in web analytics implementation and optimization, hands-on experience with server-side tracking, advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Amplitude, understanding of web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, problem-solving skills, experience with data visualization tools and SQL, knowledge of GDPR and analytics impacts, and experience with project management tools like Jira.
