You will act as the first point of contact for contract queries, develop standardized agreements to reduce routine legal involvement, provide day-to-day legal consultations, and stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments. This role requires a master’s degree in law and at least 5 years of in-house counsel or law firm experience preferably in tech. Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and legal risk assessment abilities are essential. Proficiency in Lithuanian and English is required.
