In this role, you’ll be responsible for various legal tasks such as assessing legal risks, reviewing new developments, and drafting contracts. You will collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop compliant solutions and ensure regulatory adherence. Your day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring compliance with laws like DSA and DMCA, developing internal procedures, and supporting ongoing commercial contracts. You will also take part in special projects and initiatives within the legal team. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Law with at least 5 years of experience as in-house counsel or in a law firm, preferably within the tech sector. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a curiosity for legal complexities are essential for success in this position.
