The Technical Support Specialist role involves providing expert support on Hostinger products, troubleshooting technical issues via live chat and tickets, simplifying technical challenges for customers of all expertise levels, contributing to team projects, enhancing the AI Assistant for better support, and staying updated with product features and technologies. The position requires working 40 hours per week on night shifts including weekends, based in Lithuania with a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work. Candidates must be fluent in Lithuanian and English, possess experience in customer support especially in tech or SaaS environments, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Knowledge of web hosting fundamentals (domains, DNS, emails, control panels, website troubleshooting) is essential. Preferred qualifications include advanced understanding of web hosting technologies, server management, performance optimization, familiarity with content management platforms like WordPress, hosting control panels such as hPanel or cPanel, email services, domain management systems, customer support platforms, and experience in AI systems enhancement.
