The Business Development Representative (BDR) position focuses on generating new qualified sales opportunities via proactive outbound prospecting within the AMERS region. The BDR acts as the first point of contact for prospective clients, requiring a strong understanding of Kinsta’s product and sales process. Responsibilities include researching accounts, personalizing outreach, booking meetings for Account Executives, and using multiple outreach channels such as cold email, phone calls, video messages, and social media. The role demands maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and collaborating within the sales, revenue, and marketing teams. BDRs are encouraged to innovate messaging and processes to increase outbound effectiveness, prepare for regular coaching sessions, and align with Kinsta’s culture of ownership and growth. Candidates should have 1–2 years of outbound business development experience or a similar role, be results-oriented with confidence in various outreach methods, possess near-native English proficiency, strong communication skills, and a tech-savvy mindset with interest in SaaS. Bonus qualifications include familiarity with hosting or cloud infrastructure, sales development certifications, experience with HubSpot or Salesforce, and fluency in additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, or Japanese.
