Technical Content Writer

The Technical Content Writer role at SiteGround involves developing and maintaining educational content that meets organizational standards, obtaining a deep understanding of products to translate complex information into accessible content, breaking down complex technical problems into clear steps, collaborating with Content and SEO teams to improve content, independently gathering information from subject matter experts, and developing content in various media forms to maximize usability. The writer must have excellent English skills, at least 3 years of experience writing technical educational content, the ability to learn and understand complex topics quickly, superior communication skills, thorough research skills, understanding of SEO principles, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment. Experience in a software product company and with applied AI products is a plus.
