The WordPress Marketing Manager role at SiteGround is designed for a marketing professional with 3-5 years of experience in growth or lifecycle marketing, ideally within SaaS and subscription services. This position is responsible for developing and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to various WordPress user segments, including bloggers, agencies, and e-commerce stores. Key responsibilities include designing acquisition campaigns via paid and organic channels, creating lifecycle marketing programs that enhance activation, upsell, and retention, and building data-driven segmentation models based on user behavior. The role demands launching multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, in-app messaging, paid media, and social platforms, designing personalized customer journeys from initial engagement through renewal, and developing win-back campaigns for churned users. The manager will A/B test campaigns to improve conversion and retention rates and define and monitor essential metrics such as CAC, LTV, churn rate, and expansion revenue. Analyzing customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and monitoring the competitive landscape to adjust strategies are critical tasks. Predictive modeling for churn risk and upsell potential will inform decision-making, with regular reporting to executive leadership. Candidates must have a proven ability to manage full-funnel marketing programs and experience with automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo. A strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of the WordPress ecosystem are required.
