This was our second time at Domain Days Dubai, and honestly – it just keeps getting better. You could feel it from the moment you stepped into the venue. The buzz, the people, the energy – everything felt more polished, more dynamic, and definitely bigger than last year.

This time, there were over 300 attendees, which is impressive on its own – especially considering that MSP Global was happening at the exact same time. Still, Domain Days Dubai had its own gravity. The crowd was engaged, the sessions were full, and the vibe? Electric.

There’s something special about this event. It’s not just another stop on the conference circuit – it’s one of those rare places where business actually feels personal.

Networking That Happens Naturally

One of the things we love most about Domain Days is the vibe of connection. Unlike those huge, corporate events where people wear badges like armor and hand out business cards like flyers, here, conversations happen naturally.

You might bump into a startup founder over coffee, share lunch with a C-level exec, or end up chatting with someone who runs a hosting company you’ve known by name for years. And that’s what makes this event so unique – the people you want to meet are actually right there, walking around, open to talk.

At big conferences, running into key decision-makers feels like chasing unicorns. But here? It’s the opposite. You’re standing in line for espresso and suddenly find yourself talking about AI-driven domain management with someone who’s been building infrastructure in the region for a decade.

That mix of accessibility and expertise makes Domain Days a networking dream – casual, friendly, yet incredibly valuable. There’s no forced “let’s connect on LinkedIn” energy – just real conversations between people who genuinely care about where the industry is heading.

From Faxes to Instant Domains – The Story Behind Domain Days

Munir Badr, in one of his interviews, talked about how it all began, and it perfectly sums up how much the industry has evolved. He mentioned that when he first started his company, registering a domain name was nothing like it is today. Back in the early 2000s, it involved sending a fax to the local domain registry – a process that now takes just a few seconds online.

That small detail says a lot about how far the industry, and the region, have come.

Munir founded aeserver.com out of pure curiosity – he simply wanted to know how to get his own name online. What started as a reseller business eventually grew into a fully independent company that’s now celebrating 20 years in operation.

Over the years, Munir attended countless tech and hosting conferences around the world. But at some point, he realized something was missing – there wasn’t a dedicated event for the domain and hosting community in the Middle East.

A friend once challenged him to change that, and that’s how Domain Days Dubai was born.

Fast forward three editions later, and Domain Days has become much more than just another conference.
As Munir often says, it’s a kind of social experiment -— two days where business blends with fun, and where conversations, ideas, and new partnerships naturally come to life.

And looking around the venue this year, that couldn’t have felt more true. It’s not about corporate booths or flashy presentations – it’s about people meeting face to face, exchanging experiences, and building something meaningful together.

Dubai Is Rising – and So Is Domain Days

Every year, it becomes clearer that Dubai is turning into a global hub for the domain and hosting industry. The city’s pace of innovation, combined with its openness to new ideas and international talent, makes it the perfect home for an event like this.

For us, Domain Days isn’t just another date on the calendar – it’s a reminder of how fast the industry is moving, and how powerful it is when passionate people come together. We left this year’s edition inspired, full of ideas, and already looking forward to what’s next.

The next Domain Days Dubai is scheduled for October 14–15, 2026
and something tells us we’ll be back, same place, same energy, just a little bigger again.

See you there. 👋
