European digital services group team.blue has announced the acquisition of the Czech B2B sales platform Saleskit. The company shared the news in a post published on its official LinkedIn profile.
Saleskit is a company focused on B2B data and lead generation tools. It was founded in the Czech Republic and has more than 15 years of experience in sales data and business intelligence. Today the platform serves more than 3,000 customers.
The company develops two main products. The first is Merk, a business and marketing database that helps companies find and analyze potential customers. The second is Leady, a tool that identifies companies visiting a website and helps businesses generate new sales leads.

According to team.blue, the acquisition will strengthen its capabilities in sales intelligence and data enrichment. Saleskit will complement the company’s existing sales technology portfolio, especially the Leadinfo platform, which focuses on website visitor identification and lead intelligence.
By combining the technologies and data from Leadinfo and Saleskit, team.blue plans to offer more complete sales tools to companies across Europe. The goal is to help businesses better identify potential customers and turn website traffic into qualified sales opportunities.
Claudio Corbetta, Group CEO of team.blue, commented on the acquisition:
“The addition of Saleskit and the collaboration with our brand Leadinfo further strengthen team.blue’s sales intelligence offering. By combining complementary capabilities, we can deliver more integrated data solutions and help our customers grow more effectively across Europe.”
The acquisition is also part of team.blue’s broader strategy to expand its presence in Central and Eastern Europe. In recent months the company has made several moves in the region, including the acquisition of the Czech e-commerce platform Shoptet and the AI development platform Macaly.
team.blue currently operates in more than 20 European countries and provides digital services for small and medium-sized businesses, including hosting, domains, e-commerce solutions and marketing tools.
