In this role as SEM Manager, you will be part of GoDaddy’s in-house SEM Team, where your primary responsibility will be to strategize and manage paid search campaigns to drive traffic and acquire new customers. You will work collaboratively in a dynamic and innovative environment, pushing the boundaries of digital marketing to maximize revenue. Your tasks will include partnering with cross-functional teams to create and execute effective paid search plans, utilizing data-driven methodologies to evaluate campaign performances, and leading campaign management tasks such as keyword expansion, copywriting, bid strategies, and segmentation. You will measure campaign performances, identify trends, and optimize strategies based on insights. Conducting A/B tests to enhance bidding, copy, and landing page strategies will also be a significant part of your role. Ideally, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Paid Search roles, expertise in managing high-budget accounts, and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Tableau. You will also need advanced Excel skills for data analysis and familiarity with project management tools.
