As a Senior Engineer for GoDaddy, you will architect data systems that are resilient to disruptions and failures, ensuring high uptime for all data services and pipelines. You will handle PBs of data to generate insights and enable analytics while building and scaling the next generation experimentation platform to support internal and external customers. Your role will involve participating in the development of services and systems for gathering and analyzing experiment data while maintaining the quality and performance of your team’s code through code reviews and best practices definition. Additionally, you’ll engage with engineers and leaders to solve business and customer problems across the organization, continuously improve agile practices within your team, and support junior engineers and interns. Your experience should encompass over 7 years as a Software Engineer, hands-on with big data technologies like Apache Airflow and Spark, and expertise in AWS services. You might also have experience with internet scale experimentation platforms and building backend systems with multiple tiers.
