As a Lead HRIS Analyst at GoDaddy, you will play a vital role in supporting various aspects of Workday’s human capital management software, particularly focusing on Benefits. Your key responsibilities will include assessing Workday issues, mentoring HRIS analysts, creating and coordinating support cases through Jira, and facilitating backlog review meetings with workstream leads to prioritize requests for upcoming sprints. You will also provide end-to-end support for Workday issues, ensuring user acceptance testing is adequately addressed and collaborating with change management and user adoption teams as necessary. The position requires at least three years of experience in supporting the Workday HCM system, along with familiarity in modules such as Payroll, Talent, and Compensation. Strong communication and process improvement skills are essential, and attention to detail is a must as you strive to deliver precise data consistently. Additionally, experience with release management and tracking software like Jira can be beneficial as you navigate through various projects and help improve the overall HRIS system at GoDaddy.
