As a Director and Senior Counsel – Compliance at GoDaddy, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our global compliance framework. Your key responsibilities will encompass the development and execution of comprehensive compliance programs, ensuring that they align with regulatory standards. You will be instrumental in creating policies, procedures, and training initiatives that foster a culture of compliance within the organization. Your role will require you to manage global compliance matters, including Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, and Anti-Money Laundering, while also keeping abreast of evolving regulations. Collaborating with business leaders, you will drive the implementation of effective compliance strategies and establish metrics to measure program success. In addition, your experience in regulatory compliance will be pivotal in overseeing our Sanctions Program and managing compliance training initiatives.
