As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will specialize in supporting multiple areas of Workday’s human capital management software, including Absence Management, Performance Management, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Talent. Your role involves providing tier 2 support, working with workstream leads to collect requirements for system improvement requests, and tracking completed support cases. You’ll also contribute to our Workday roadmap as we expand our global presence and enhance the employee experience. Your tasks will include assessing and analyzing Workday issues, creating support cases in Jira, facilitating backlog review meetings, and maintaining strong relationships within the Workday community. While not a configuration role, you will provide Workday Administrator support as defined for the team. Additionally, you may work on projects like data audits and processing EIBs. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience with Workday HCM, familiarity with relevant modules, excellent communication and organizational skills, and good attention to detail. Strong English proficiency is required. Other valuable skills may include experience with release management, optimization, and Jira.
