As a Compliance Risk Specialist at Hostinger, you’ll be an integral part of our Compliance team, responsible for managing compliance-related cases and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulations. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling compliance case management, monitoring internal policies, conducting investigations, and collaborating with various teams to effectively address compliance challenges. You will maintain comprehensive documentation of all compliance-related activities, ensuring that processes meet the highest standards. You will play a crucial role in policy monitoring and enforcement, investigation and risk mitigation, and process optimization. To succeed in this role, you will need at least 1 year of work experience in Compliance, a detail-oriented nature, and the ability to work independently while being a team player.

Job requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in Compliance, Abuse, Fraud, or Risk management.
  • Native proficiency in Lithuanian and C1 in English.
  • Experience with compliance policy formation and regulatory liaison.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented approach.
  • A degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics is preferred.
