We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist who’s excited to try new things when it comes to SMS and WhatsApp. You will play a key role in driving user activation, retention, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll ideate, execute, test and refine multi-channel lifecycle campaigns. You’ll be responsible for the whole process from user segmentation to personalized messaging to experimentation. Yes, email will be in the mix, but we have big plans for SMS, WhatsApp and in-product notifications. You’ll be part of a friendly team of 5, working closely with product teams and making a real change in how we work in 2025. Sounds like a career opportunity you’ve been seeking? Multi-channel communications: Own and optimize messaging across SMS, WhatsApp, email and in-product notifications to ensure each channel feels personal. Lifecycle campaigns: Set up and manage lifecycle campaigns, including the copy, visuals, localization and target audiences. Test & learn: Analyze existing communications, conduct A/B tests, spot bugs, and continuously improve active campaigns to ensure their best performance. Cross-team collaboration: Partner with product, revenue, and marketing teams to align lifecycle communications with business goals. Customer journeys: Map out journeys that make sense – move customers naturally from their first purchase to renewal with well-timed nudges and relevant messaging.
