As a Contracts & Product Lawyer at Hostinger, your primary responsibility will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts. You will act as a liaison for stakeholders regarding contract-related inquiries and work closely with product and marketing teams to develop legally compliant solutions. Your expertise will help navigate regulatory requirements in the tech sector and ensure that the company maintains compliance with industry standards. You will also be tasked with establishing standardized agreements and developing systems to streamline legal processes, thereby enhancing operational efficiency. In addition, you will stay abreast of legal and regulatory developments, providing proactive guidance tailored to the unique challenges faced in the hosting and domain industries. Your day-to-day activities will include legal consultations on compliance matters and participating in special projects related to the legal team’s initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) and at least 3 years of experience, preferably within the tech sector, showcasing a strong capacity for legal risk assessment and team collaboration.
