The successful candidate will design and ship full-stack features, own service architecture decisions, and enhance integration with systems across Product and Customer Success platforms. Responsibilities include improving performance, observability, CI/CD pipelines, and developer experience, collaborating with engineers on AI projects, and elevating coding standards. Required skills include strong experience with Vue.js or other modern frontend frameworks, solid PHP skills with Laravel knowledge a plus, expertise in designing and consuming REST APIs, and familiarity with scalable containerized services such as Docker and Kubernetes. The role demands clear communication, a customer-first mindset, and a high curiosity for AI advancements.
