As Marketing Event Manager, you will plan, execute, and attend various events and trade shows including global meetups, WordCamps, and industry conferences with brand sponsorships. You will coordinate all aspects from concept development, planning, communication, logistics, execution, to align with Hostinger’s brand and business goals. The role includes establishing and nurturing partnerships with suppliers, agencies, vendors, and external partners, evaluating event success, and implementing improvements. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and bringing innovative ideas to enhance event experiences is vital, as well as managing event communications to ensure high-quality attendee experience. Candidates should be passionate about in-person events and brand sponsorships, with 3+ years experience in event or trade show management showcasing successful impactful event delivery. Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams, stakeholders, partners, and clients. Experience working with production houses, agencies and freelancers is required. A proactive approach with strong problem-solving and creative mindset is essential. Fluency in English and Lithuanian is needed.
