The YouTube Coordinator role is operational and involves planning and coordinating video production for five YouTube channels, overseeing upload schedules and deadlines, and facilitating collaboration between video content creators, editors, strategists, and scriptwriters. The coordinator is responsible for organizing photoshoots, managing creative asset libraries, maintaining visual identity, updating team guidelines, and assisting in quality assurance by reviewing videos to enhance engagement. Key responsibilities include planning video production roadmaps, running meetings and workshops for ideation and problem solving, and managing technical aspects related to video production. This role values project management skills, excellent communication, proactivity, and technical knowledge of video production tools.
