This role requires rotation-based availability, including some weekends, and is fully remote with the need for a reliable internet connection. Fluency in English and experience in tech or SaaS customer support, especially live chat, are essential. Knowledge of web hosting fundamentals, and ideally advanced web hosting tech and AI system experience, will set you apart.
