As an AI Implementation Specialist at GoDaddy, you will be tasked with developing and applying innovative AI agents and automation workflows using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, UiPath, and AWS services to transform the company’s global financial operations. This role involves designing seamless integrations across critical finance systems such as Workday, Adaptive, Teradata, Ironclad, ServiceNow, and SharePoint using Model Context Protocols (MCP). You will build reliable data pipelines and orchestration frameworks utilizing AWS technologies including Lambda, Glue, API Gateway, and Athena to enable enterprise-level automation. Leading technical design reviews and establishing architecture standards for AI lifecycle management and data security protocols will be essential to this position. You will also develop advanced human-in-the-loop and exception-handling systems compliant with SOX and audit requirements. Mentoring junior developers and analysts by sharing methodologies for scalable, high-performance automation solutions is critical, as is driving measurable business impact through tracking adoption metrics and performance analytics within Finance’s automation ecosystem. Additionally, you will contribute to FDAT’s Automation Library by creating reusable connectors, frameworks, and comprehensive technical documentation. Collaborating closely with Security, Privacy, and CorpTech teams to ensure AI implementations meet enterprise governance standards rounds out your role. Candidates should have over 7 years of hands-on experience with AI, RPA, or automation solutions at an enterprise scale, with deep expertise in at least three platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, UiPath, AWS services, or MCP and API frameworks. Strong proficiency in OAuth 2.1, REST APIs, and secure data integration is required, along with demonstrable experience integrating with enterprise SaaS like Workday and Adaptive Planning. Excellent analytical thinking and cross-functional communication skills are necessary, as is the ability to independently drive technical outcomes across multiple teams. Preferred candidates also have a track record in leading technical design and delivery for enterprise AI or automation portfolios, experience with AI governance and compliance in finance or regulated environments, familiarity with analytics tools like Power BI or QuickSight, and a passion for AI adoption evangelism.
