Hostinger is seeking an Affiliate Manager for their EU markets affiliate marketing team. The role involves expanding and optimizing the affiliate partner network across Europe, focusing on countries including France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Austria. Key responsibilities include identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding new affiliate partners; building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships; negotiating deals and setting KPIs; exploring new market opportunities; collaborating with cross-functional teams; monitoring campaign data and trends; and leveraging automation and AI tools to increase efficiency and partner engagement. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management, a strong understanding of the European digital and affiliate landscape, proven ability to build and grow affiliate networks, excellent negotiation and communication skills, data-driven analytical skills, and fluency in English plus one additional European language such as French, German, or Italian.
