The Sales Representative at GoDaddy’s Commerce Sales Team is responsible for outbound sales calls targeting prospective and current customers processing payments with other providers. The role involves consulting customers on GoDaddy’s payment services, social media, SEO, and website design offerings to align with their business goals and needs. The position requires building trust with customers, handling objections, meeting sales and call quality metrics, and maintaining accurate records throughout the sales cycle. The representative must effectively communicate with various organizational levels, manage customer service inquiries of moderate complexity, and demonstrate ownership and motivation to drive revenue growth. The role demands a dynamic hunter personality to reach decision-makers, experience with CRM software, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the work is office-based full-time in Tempe, Arizona, with relocation and work location changes subject to approval. The compensation package includes a base hourly rate and variable incentive plan with significant earning potential.

Job requirements
