The Technical Support Specialist role involves providing expert support for Hostinger products through live chat and ticketing systems, troubleshooting complex technical challenges, and simplifying those issues for customers of varying expertise. The specialist will contribute to customer experience improvements and help enhance the Kodee AI Assistant, ensuring faster and clearer support. This role requires staying updated on Hostinger services, features, and web hosting technologies. The position demands flexibility with shift rotations, including nights and weekends, and requires a reliable high-speed internet workspace for remote collaboration. Candidates must be fluent in English, experienced in tech or SaaS customer support with a strong customer service orientation, and possess knowledge of web hosting fundamentals such as domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting. Preferred qualifications include advanced understanding of hosting technologies, familiarity with CMS platforms and control panels, and experience with AI-powered support systems.
