As a Conversion Optimisation Expert at SiteGround, you will be responsible for driving measurable improvements across conversion funnels by working closely with PPC and product teams to convert traffic into leads and customers. This senior, data-driven role demands deep expertise in experimentation and optimisation methodologies. You will define and execute strategic testing roadmaps, design sophisticated experiments including A/B and multivariate tests, analyze results, and implement changes that directly affect business outcomes. Your tasks include leading conversion optimisation across the product portfolio, analysing user behavior and conversion data to identify opportunities, partnering with PPC teams to optimise landing pages and ad funnels, collaborating with product teams to enhance onboarding and checkout experiences, and managing conversion tracking and behaviour analytics tools. Additionally, you will build dashboards to monitor conversion performance and share insights to influence marketing and product strategies. You should be able to work autonomously, embrace quick opportunities, and introduce best-in-class CRO practices to the organisation. Experience requirements include 3+ years in conversion rate optimisation or growth marketing, hands-on skills with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar, proficiency with A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely or VWO, strong statistical and experimental design knowledge, and a proven record of delivering conversion improvements. Collaboration skills and the ability to work independently are essential. Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in conversion rate optimisation or growth marketing
