As a Back Office Specialist at Cloud86 B.V., you will be responsible for processing and verifying incoming customer orders and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency. You will handle and respond to customer inquiries and requests via ticketing systems and phone, resolving administrative issues in a timely and effective manner. Collaboration with internal departments will be essential to ensure aligned workflows. Daily monitoring of ticket inboxes and prioritizing urgent or complex cases is a core part of your duties. You will maintain up-to-date documentation of processes and recurring issues, identify trends or frequent questions from customers, and propose improvements to the product offering to enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires you to contribute to a culture of focus, efficiency, and responsibility, valuing quality over speed. You will take ownership of your workload, ensuring that no tickets remain unresolved. The position requires at least 1 year of experience in an administrative or support role, a strong command of Dutch and English (written and spoken), and familiarity with tools like Zendesk and Microsoft 365. Hosting knowledge is a plus. You need to be detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive team player with a customer-first attitude. Cloud86 offers a hybrid work arrangement, preferably 3 days per week at their headquarters in Amsterdam, with a monthly gross salary between EUR 2,449 and EUR 3,421 based on experience and education, flexible full-time or part-time positions, travel allowance, vacation days, premium-free pension plan, and access to in-house facilities such as a game room and free healthy lunch on office days.
