The position requires handling inbound and outbound calls, assessing documentation validity, and managing fraud investigation tickets through JIRA. Proficiency in performing intermediate to advanced web-based searches is necessary to support decision-making processes. The role operates within a 24/7 department, requiring analysts to make fast and accurate decisions on diverse fraud cases to reduce financial loss and maintain customer satisfaction. Candidates should bring at least one year of fraud detection or banking experience, alongside call center or customer support experience, and be comfortable working in a metric-focused, queue environment. $20 hourly + bonus, annual $90K-$100K+
