The Associate Paid Search Manager role at GoDaddy involves developing and implementing go-to-market paid search plans focused on brand awareness and customer acquisition. The role requires leading various paid search campaigns including keyword expansion, audience segmentation, ad copywriting, bid strategy optimization, and advanced targeting. The candidate will demonstrate developing expertise in paid search standard processes and present to company leaders. Responsibilities include leveraging testing to build and implement A/B test experiments from hypothesis development through experiment design and execution to evolve bidding strategies, targeting and personalization, ad copy, and landing page performance. The role requires using advanced analytics tools and data-driven methodologies to measure campaign impact, identify trends and actionable insights, and optimize performance to drive key business metrics. Candidates must translate data into compelling stories that inform decision-making and demonstrate command of analytics tools including Quicksight, Lookerstudio, and Google Analytics. The role also involves contributing to planning discussions and providing input to assist in forecasting and business decisions. Collaboration with internal teams including product, analytics, technology, and creative is essential to drive insight-focused optimization. The candidate will support automation adoption within paid search accounts and provide feedback for innovation opportunities. They must analyze customer, competitive, and market insights and consistently connect them to campaign execution. Experience required includes 4+ years in Paid Media roles with excellent knowledge and proven results in Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising), experience on complex high-budget accounts, proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel, independence in using key organizational tools including Confluence, Jira, Workfront, proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads Scripts, data visualization tools, and experience with SEM management and analysis tools such as Adthena, SEMrush, or similar platforms. Additional skills that may be beneficial include some JavaScript or Python coding knowledge, knowledge of conversion optimization, and understanding of operational processes among multiple marketing organizations. The role is fully remote working from Colombia with occasional office visits.
