In this role as a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be pivotal in transforming marketing strategies into actionable digital marketing campaigns that will ultimately influence our customers’ success. You will work within the Digital Marketing Operations team to translate business needs into executable technical design and scalable solutions utilizing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing customer segments and deploying omni-channel marketing campaigns across various touchpoints such as Email, Web, SMS, and WhatsApp. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create segmentation and personalization-based strategies, while also performing ongoing analysis of marketing programs and broader business performance. Your contribution will not only enhance team efficiency by driving process improvements but will also ensure the accuracy of our outbound marketing campaigns through quality assurance and ongoing monitoring. You will drive the development of standards, tools, and methodologies within the Marketing Operations team, aligning solutions with our technology roadmap. Furthermore, you will provide guidance to marketing managers on campaigns to ensure that acceptance criteria are well defined. To excel in this role, a deep understanding of enterprise-level marketing automation tools, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud, is essential, along with experience in campaign marketing and working with complex datasets.
