Join our Employee Productivity team at GoDaddy, where we ensure stable and secure platforms for our employees worldwide. You’ll configure and maintain SaaS and enterprise-wide applications related to collaboration software, perform various operations and updates on these platforms, review application release notes, manage support queues, and help in tool migrations. Your role will involve translating business requirements to platform capabilities and training users as needed. We are looking for individuals with over 3 years of experience in configuring SaaS platforms and supporting collaboration tools, demonstrating strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
