As a Sales Representative for B2B Merchant Services at GoDaddy, you will be part of the Commerce Sales Team tasked with proactively engaging prospective and current customers processing high payment volumes with other providers. Your main responsibilities include outbound calling and emailing to uncover new sales opportunities, educating customers about GoDaddy’s commerce offerings such as Payments, Social, SEO, and Website Design, and guiding merchants in selecting the best fit for their business needs. You will handle objections, build trust at various organizational levels, and meet sales metrics including outbound dials, gross payment volume, and customer satisfaction scores. You will serve as a trusted consultant throughout the sales cycle maintaining accurate records. This role requires working holidays, evenings, and weekends and may be hybrid or fully remote depending on managerial designation. Eligibility excludes several states. The position requires a stable internet connection suitable for voice calls. Candidates should have 3+ years of outbound/inbound sales experience in commission-driven environments, familiarity with CRM software, strong interpersonal skills, and a hunter mentality focused on reaching decision-makers. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
