Join GoDaddy’s People Operations team to shape culture and effectiveness by supporting Technology and Corporate Functions. In this strategic role, you will partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners including Internal Communications, Learning, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Operations. You will lead organizational growth, drive change, and ensure transparency and clarity in decision-making across global teams. Responsibilities include enhancing employee experience programs, implementing effective business growth strategies, providing broad HR guidance to strengthen engagement, performance, and retention, designing workforce planning and development strategies, evolving performance management and talent review processes, championing GoDaddy’s culture and values, leading organizational design initiatives, contributing to diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, using data analytics for decision-making, and managing and mentoring your team to foster collaboration and growth. The role requires 12+ years HR/business partner experience with a blend of HR expertise in organizational composition, succession strategy, performance oversight, diversity and inclusion, business advisory, compensation, recognition initiatives, culture enhancement, employee engagement, mentoring and career advancement, talent cultivation, conflict resolution, acquisitions, data analysis, and employee interactions. You must have 5+ years of people leadership experience globally and proven collaboration with executives and colleagues.
