You will drive organizational growth, change initiatives, and maintain clarity in decision-making across multiple time zones. Reporting to the VP of Employee Experience, your responsibilities include partnering with People Operations to enhance employee experience programs, designing workforce planning and development strategies, supporting performance management and talent review processes, and leading organizational design and effectiveness initiatives. Champion GoDaddys culture, values, and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals. Use data analytics for continuous improvement, manage and mentor your team, and provide expert HR guidance in career development, compensation, employee relations, and conflict resolution. Candidates should have 12+ years of HR/business partner experience, 5+ years in leadership, and direct global organizational experience. A bachelor’s degree and flexible, entrepreneurial mindset are preferred, along with strong process and change management skills. This role may require occasional travel and offers a dynamic work environment with hybrid or remote options.
